Hours:- Full-time, Monday to Friday plus flexibility
Location:- Monaco, with international travel
Salary:- Dependent upon experience

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Administration
- Mail management, processing according to importance, and replying as appropriate
- Financial management, preparing payments for the principal to sign, filing accordingly
- Manage the social diary and answering all invitations (very important) - sorting by date, presenting to the principal and RSVP as per her wishes
- Organize the principal's schedule by day / week
- Managing database of contacts
- Liaise with the Driver to ensure that the principal attends all events in a timely manner and not rushed
- Set up an electronic diary
- Respond to emails or WhatApps messages on behalf of the principal
- Update of social media networks in partnership with external social media management company, and always with the agreement of the principal
Household Management
- Keeping in close contact with the Butler and the Driver
- Ensure good maintenance of the house
- Manage the fleet of cars (parking, insurance, maintenance, etc.)
- Establish Housekeeper's schedule (with the Butler) and ensure that the quality of the cleaning is satisfactory
- Management of the various service providers maintaining the house
- Ensure that the kitchen and house is well-stocked with food, products and amenities (with the Butler and the Housekeeper)
Personal Assistant
- Manage the principal's wardrobe
- Check that the dressing room is tidy
- Depending on the schedule, ensure that the villas are ready to welcome the principal
- Organize all private travel and events
- Book restaurants, hairdresser, doctor appointments etc
- Taking care of the dog's well-being
Candidates must be / have:
- At least 10yrs previous experience
- Initiative and common sense
- Able to prioritise workload effectively (very important)
- Flexible / available to work beyond standard working hours (eg occasionally during the evening and on weekends) and also travel with the principal
- Independent and proactive - able to work with autonomy
- Reliable and discreet
