Our client, a high profile music artist with an exciting lifestyle brand, requires an experienced Office Manager to be the central person within a small but incredibly busy team.

This is an amazing opportunity for a super organized individual to oversee the set up andrenovation of their new office and requires someone with experience in multi-tasking and a team player with a can do attitude.

Reporting into the EA, the role will offer lots of opportunity to get involved in exciting projects.

Hours: Full time, office based

Location: London

Salary: £30-35k depending on experience

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Full set up and renovation of new office space
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the internal and external office structure, such as office furniture, electrical appliances, office building etc
  • Implementing and liaising with all suppliers (e.g. cleaners, maintenance, recycling)
  • Keeping EA and Management informed of office & staff activities.
  • Arrange all post and couriers
  • Ensuring all office sundries are topped up - tea, coffee, stationery etc
  • Greet and provide hospitality to all guests
  • H&S checks, acting as fire warden and first aider

Candidates must be / have:

  • Solid experience in a similar level role
  • Confidentiality & discretion at all times
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Professional phone manner, confident at dealing with high profile clients
  • Pro-active & forward thinking with the ability to work autonomously
