We are looking for a highly efficient and professional Private EA to support a well-known philanthropist and entrepreneur with all their business (70%) and private (30%) activities. This is not a traditional office environment and requires flexibility to work from the principal's private office in Central London, their home in West London and remotely from your home (plus a monthly visit to their country property) and as such, requires a disciplined and self-motivated individual able to work proactively and with autonomy. While no specialist skills connecting to the principal's varied interests is necessary, the role will require a detail-orientated individual, dedicated to ensuring that their principal's life and all administration runs seamlessly.
Hours: 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm (as preferred) Monday to Friday - very rare support required on evenings and weekends
Location: Central London office and West London home, with some WFH flexibility
Salary: £60k and £75k dependent on experience
Start Date: November 2023

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Gatekeeper - main contact on all communications
- Diary management
- Keeping all documentation (electronic and paper) filed efficiently and kept up to date
- Organising business travel globally
- Meeting preparation
- Liaison with family membersAdministration of London and country properties
- Overseeing maintenance, administration and insurance etc
- Liaising with housekeepers, handymen, tradesmen, gardeners, etc.
- Collating info for bookkeepers, lawyers and accountants
- Updating records of the art collection, loans agreement, purchases and insurance etc
- Ensuring smooth functioning of tech/WiFi and other services
- Occasional support on launches / events
Candidates must be / have:
- Minimum of 3+years as a senior PA/EA.
- Advanced office and computer skills
- Fluent written English and excellent grammar essential
- Confident telephone manner
- IT literacy
- University degree preferred
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Highly talented, organised, methodical, self-motivated person
- Excellent people skills and a sense of humour
- Articulate, quick and versatile and able to react well under pressure
- Adept at liaising with a broad range of colleagues in different locations
- Able to build bridges between different teams
- Professional, hard-working and capable of prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Discreet, trustworthy and a team player
