SORTED was founded in 2004 by brother and sister team Annabel Moorsom and Ben Arnold. We originally set up SORTED Life to provide practical yet pampering solutions to manage busy lives.

By 2006 we had developed a reputation within the industry as a source of professional and discreet PAs and began to place permanent staff through our Agency.

Requests from SORTED Life clients and PAs alike, lead us to develop the Private Staff and Childcare arms of the business, applying our high standards to the sourcing of household staff. 

Our work developed globally and we provide our services internationally, particularly in Europe, the Middle East and the US.

With our PA resources, we also source the perfect people for project work, such as relocations, event management or press junkets.

The team

Ben Arnold – Director

Ben was self-employed working internationally as a fashion model through Models One for 12 years, travelling between London, Paris, Milan and New York. When away on assignments, Ben maintained his busy lifestyle, managing his own properties, co-ordinating private business affairs and keeping his own home in order. Ben has used his own experiences to develop the service provided by SORTED.

Izzy Boland – Director

Izzy joined SORTED in 2013 to recruit senior household staff including House/Estate Managers, Chefs, Couples, Chauffeurs and Butlers. Originally from a luxury travel background, she was responsible for hiring and managing private staff at the most exclusive properties in Europe.  Izzy then spent 3 years as Senior Recruitment Consultant at Anderson Hoare, before joining SORTED, becoming Director in 2015.

Annabel Moorsom – Life Manager

Annabel honed her organisational skills over 20 years in the music, travel and event management industries. Her care and attention to the needs of VIPs and her resourcefulness for problem solving have developed over the years, while her contacts are invaluable to the service provided by SORTED. Annabel was President of the Association of Celebrity Assistants for a two year tenure from 2006 – 2008.

Fleur Koster – Life Manager

Fleur worked as a freelance PA and Lifestyle Manager for several SORTED clients before reinforcing the SORTED team at the beginning of 2012. A true multi-tasker, she can keep hundreds of plates spinning while juggling projects and solving problems and has been a major contributor to our Battered Black Book of invaluable contacts.

Amanda Barnett – Financial Director

Amanda has over 20 years’ experience in Finance, Operations and Administration and having worked with numerous SORTED clients for many years, became our Financial Director in early 2015. Her responsibilities include the management of all the company financial matters and responses to clients’ financial enquiries.

The PA Team

We manage an extraordinary team of experienced freelance PAs who take immense pride in their work. Our PAs benefit from the back-up of the SORTED office and access to our contacts, errand staff and general know-how. PAs work as part of a team, ensuring their work loads are never unmanageable. For additional back-up, they can communicate with other SORTED PAs through our exclusive PA Club, giving them their own personal concierge service staffed by the best in the business – themselves!
