For most clients we permanently safeguard a set of household keys in our office for use in the instances of lock-outs and emergencies. In addition we can carry out the following services:
• Alleviate the concerns of leaving your property unattended at any time
• Arrange for lost or duplicate keys to be cut
• Deliver and unpack grocery shopping or wait for deliveries
• Oversee renovations and repairs, supervise tradesmen and handymen
• Home check while you are away – feeding pets, watering plants, checking mail etc.
• Enter your home to pick-up and deliver forgotten items
• Run errands such as picking up dry cleaning or fresh flowers
• Collect parcels from the Post Office
• Pack and store furniture prior to a move
• Provide access for friends and family.
