Our client is looking for an exceptional Travelling PA capable of supporting at the highest level, to grow the business and the brand through strengthening relationships with people of interest, prospective retailers, and events, while supporting the Principal efficiently.
This is a position that will only suit someone with no outside commitments who is free for global travel for long periods of time, at the drop of a hat.
Hours: 24/7

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Travel, wherever needed, with or without Principal and assist in arranging all needs.
- Help organize with Principal’s social events, dinner parties, large gathering and special occasions
- Managing the Principal’s schedule
- Plan and coordinate activities and ensure appointments are confirmed
- Managing pop ups
- Internally coordinating and liaising between different departments to action projects / events
- Managing VIP client relationships where necessary
- Overseeing team weekly calls between marketing and social media teams
- Special projects / collaborations management
- Preparing the Principal before press events and interviews
- Taking meetings with people in the Principal’s absence
- Organising / analysing strategy for personal appearances with retailers
- Discussing strategy and implementing action
Candidates must be / have:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Brilliant at thinking ahead at all times
- Adept a problem solving and handling basic logistics
- A strong eye for detail
- Humble and yet confident
- A team player
- Ability to travel extensively and at short notice
- The ability to juggle, stay in control and keep calm
- Presentable and professional at all times
- High degree of confidentiality and sense of privacy
- Proactive and attentive
- Personable with an upbeat cheerful personality
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Able to adapt to different working environments
