We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant, for a full-time position working for an UHNW businesswoman in Central London. During office hours you will be based either in the Principal’s office or the family home in Central London. You will however be expected to be on-call outside of office hours and be available to take calls and respond to emails remotely as and when required. You will be responsible for providing a mix of business and personal support (predominantly the latter) and will manage the Principal’s diary, social calendar and appointments, make reservations, book tickets and schedule social engagements. You will assist with all worldwide travel, events, personal shopping, household staff management and errand running. You must have a meticulous eye for detail and excellent communication and administrative skills, and the ability to use your initiative to work to the highest level. It is very important that the PA is loyal, trustworthy, adaptable, extremely efficient and well organised with a highly professional approach. You must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude to address any obstacles you may be presented with. The ideal candidate will be degree educated with demonstrable experience supporting a busy professional individual. Ideally you will have a little black book and be very resourceful; good at multi-tasking.
Hours - 10am – 6pm, Mon to Fri (occasionally required to work outside these hours)
Location - Central London
Salary - £40,000 - £60,000 gross per annum DOE
Start Date - ASAP

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Extensive diary management across multiple time zones

Inbox management and gatekeeping

Co-ordinating all worldwide travel including visa requirements

Reservations and ticket bookings

Household staff management

Personal shopping

Gift recommendations and purchasing

Errand running

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and willing to work with a rapidly changing set of priorities
Candidates must be / have:
-
A minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a PA/EA

A valid passport

Eligible to work in the UK

Excellent contactable references
