EXPERIENCED PRIVATE FAMILY OFFICE PA
PERMANENT
We have a fantastic opportunity for a flexible Private PA to support a busy Principal Couple. The role would suit an experienced London based Private PA who also has business experience. The ideal person would be amenable, numerate, full of initiative and have excellent attention to detail and impeccable writing skills. We are looking for someone at the top of their game who really thrives on providing seamless support
in a private household capacity and using their initiative. Absolute discretion is a must for this position. The Private PA would meet with the Principals weekly and liaise in-between those meetings. Due to multiple locations, the candidate can work from a London based home, but
must be able to travel to North and West London, as well as East or West Sussex if required.
Hours: 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday, flexibility required
Location: London based, with option to work from home (with flexibility required).
Salary: Depending on experience
Start Date: January
Interviewing: January
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Diary and email management
• Global travel organization
• Event and project-management
• Property and vehicle management
• Coordination of insurance renewals and claims
• Financial control and review of some payments and invoices
• Maintenance of charitable trust
• Work closely with household staff
• Communication with family, personal and business contacts
• Personal shopping
• Occasional dog walking
• Ad hoc duties
Candidates must be / have:
• A minimum of 5 years’ private PA experience
• Absolute discretion
• Exceptional attention to detail, good communication skills, excellent written and spoken
English
• Excellent skills in organisation, prioritisation, time management and able to work on own
initiative
• Numerate
• Good IT skills
• Flexibility
• Clean driving licence as driving will be required
• Dog lover
