Part-Time PA/Office Manager/Administrator to Fashion Stylist - Maternity

Experienced PA required to provide business administration for a maternity cover supporting an extremely busy fashion stylist, liaising closely with her agent, bookkeeper/accountant as well as managing the office.
You will be working for approx. 12hrs per week and there may be flexibility as to whether this is set days or varied and you may be required to work remotely from your own home as well as from the studio on Notting Hill so must have a pro-active and professional outlook.
Previous fashion experience is not essential – this is not a Stylist Assistant position (she has a team in place) but a role for a career PA.
Hours: Approx 1 day per week – ideally split as 2 half days
Location: Notting Hill (occasionally remotely from your own home)
Salary: £30-£35/hr dependent upon experience
Start Date: July 2023
Interviewing: ASAP
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Management of all business administration
- Liaising with the Principal’s agent, billing for consultancy days, expenses
- Tracking payments, salary, expenses with the Principal’s agent
- Implement new systems / efficiencies for the business
- Manage expenses
- Research
- Assist with social media output
- Resolve IT / tech issues
- Manage business finances – preparing for bookkeeper / accountant
- Errand running
- Providing personal support: booking appointments, household management, liaising with family, friends etc
Candidates must be / have:
- IT literate / tech savvy
- Experienced Mac user
- Highly proficient with MS Office programs: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experienced providing Business support
- Extremely well-organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
- Efficient time management skills – able to prioritise/adapt workflow as necessary
- Self-motivated and proactive to work with autonomy
- Good communication skills: written & verbal
- Excellent degree of numeracy and financial literacy
- Registered self-employed
- Initiative and foresight
- Confidential and discreet
- Social media savvy
- Experience working within the creative industries
- Reliable and trustworthy
