PA / Administrative Assistant - High Profile Hair Stylist

Our client, a multi-award-winning global hair artist dedicated to inspiring the hair industry with creativity and style, requires an experienced PA / Administrative Assistant to provide first class support across various part of the business.
The Office Administrator is a varied role working closely with the principal on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and productive assistant who can work on multiple projects at a time and thrives working in a fast-paced environment being able to work just as well alone as within a team.
The principal opened his first flagship salon in Knightsbridge in 2020 and is viewed as a true genius within his field, known for bringing hair to life, from concept to creation, in his inspiring imagery and films.
Hours: Full time (potentially 4 days per week)
Location: Central London with flexibility to work remotely on occasion
Salary: £30-35k depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Interviewing: Immediate
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Responding to emails in a timely manner
- Managing the calendar for meetings, events, and trips
- Booking and navigating Zoom calls
- Assisting with product RND and communicating with manufacturers
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and industry professionals
- Ordering stock and managing shipments
- Creating and delivering presentations
- Booking and organising travel and accommodation
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of photo and video shoots
- Working closely with video editors and production teams
- Digital file management and archiving important documents
- Providing friendly communication with VIP clients
- Entering industry awards and managing submissions
- Liaising with external PR & marketing teams
Candidates must be / have:
- Excellent communication, mainly English - Italian would be an advantage
- Multitasker
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing working environments
- Knowledge of fashion/hair/beauty industry would be an advantage, though not essential for the right candidate.
