Experienced and professional Executive Assistant required to provide ‘right-hand’ support to a well-known and inspirational figure in the environmental / sustainability sector. Working in the principal’s private office as part of the energetic and creative core team, this is a busy and varied role and applicants will need to be confident communicators with first-class organisational skills and the ability to stay one step ahead at all times. Candidates will be used to working in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple projects, prioritising and actioninng accordingly.
Hours: 8.30am-5pm, Mon to Friday, with flexibility to work beyond standard office hours as necessary
Location: South Gloucestershire
Salary: Dependent upon experience

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- First point of contact and Gatekeeper to the principal, acting as the ‘go-to’ for other staff members
- Diary management
- Co-ordinating all travel (business and personal), including; itineraries, travel documentation, hotel and flight bookings etc
- Project management
- Management of all correspondence
- Taking dictation and responding to emails ‘as the principal’ as appropriate
- Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes / notes during meetings
- Follow up on delegated actions from meetings
- Attend new business meetings and follow-up autonomously
- Maintain a strong working relationship with all relevant parties, including; investors, the board, senior management team, PR team, and all internal / external stakeholders
- Liaising with personal contacts from family members to personal financial / legal advisors
- Managing financial administration: expenses etc
- Research projects
- Event management
- Managing personal, family and household administration
Candidates must be / have:
- Excellent time management skills, high attention to detail and ability to multi-task across many different projects
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Articulate, and at ease with all levels of seniority
- Strong IT skills with advanced experience with Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Proactive, resourceful and able to work with autonomy
- Discretion and confidentiality is key
- Strong communication skills
