Hours: Full time
Location: Central London office and remotely from your own home
Salary: Dependent upon experience

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Diary management (business and private), preventing and/or resolving clashes proactively
· Manage an extremely busy inbox and all correspondence
· Travel management – organising visas, flights and accommodation as necessary
· Project management
· Arranging meetings, telephone and conference calls
· Taking minutes
· Office management
· Research
· Assist with Investor Relations
· Event management
· Liaison with all UK team members, the company’s overseas offices in Europe and US as well as external stakeholders
· Ad-hoc tasks
Candidates must be / have:
· Minimum of 3yrs experience in a similar role at this level
· A proactive, self-starter able to use their initiative to work autonomously
· Excellent communication skills and use of English language (written and oral)
· Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and additional programs and applications
· Can-do attitude, strong work ethic and a common-sense approach
· Highly organised and able to multi-task and work under pressure
· Strong time management skills
· Flexible and able to work across a broad range of activities
· Enthusiastic approach to offer support to the wider team
· Ambitious to develop personally and professionally
· Experience in a start-up going through rapid growth will be advantageous
