Our client, the Founder of a leading hospitality group, is looking for an experienced Private PA / EA to provide first class support across all areas of his life – this will be a challenging and rewarding role as the principals ‘right hand person’. The role is supporting approximately 40% on the main business, 20% on other business ventures and 40% managing private affairs. The succesful candidate will be a strong team player but who is able to work independently and proactively to make things happen.
Hours: 9am-6pm, Mon to Fri
Location: London, W1
Salary: Dependant on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Interviewing: ASAP
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Managing all of the Principal’s personal needs
- Diary management
- Booking international travel
- Booking appointments
- Managing main residence in W1, as well as liaison re overseas property
- Managing events
- Project management
- Office administration
- Close liaison with all professional and personal contacts, from C-suite execs, external stakeholders, legal and finance team (internal and external), to family members, household staff and external contractos
- Assisting with the production of articles and social media content
- Preparing presentations / documents
- Research
Candidates must be / have:
- Flexible and passionate in everything you do
- Tech-savvy and competent with systems, and able to introduce new systems and adept at navigating all social media platforms
- Extremely well-organised
- Sound judgement with the ability to prioritise and make decisions proactively
- Strong negotiating skills
- Able to carry out project work
- Hospitable and kind
- An excellent communicator
- Tenacious and curious
