BUSINESS ASSISTANT & PRIVATE PA – BUSINESSMAN & PHILANTHROPIST

Our client, a HNW Businessman and Philanthropist based in Chelsea, requires an experienced and highly organised Business Assistant and Private PA to support him and his family with all aspects of both their business and personal lives.
This is an extremely busy and fast paced role based in the family home where you will oversee all travel / diary management, business support and personal / family needs always providing first class EA/PA assistance in a confident, mature and professional manner.
You will be pro-active and forward thinking being able to multi task with ease. You will act as gatekeeper to the principal and be used to a challenging and demanding role with the ability to ensure the smooth running of the principals life and home.
Hours: Full time with out of hours support and on call 24/7
Location: Chelsea SW10
Salary: £75-100k depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Interviewing: Immediate
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Extensive Diary management across multiple time zones
- Travel management for business and personal trips
- Financial management, always keeping on top of payments and expenditure
- All round Business support including correspondence management - phone calls, post and email management
- Booking and paying for hotels, restaurants and event tickets etc
- Booking medical appointments for principal and family and managing insurance claims
- Booking vets, dog walkers and groomers for the dogs
- Managing household insurances including car, house, medical and travel and renewing policies
- All round administrative and household support
- Errand running such as sorting returns, drop/collect, dry cleaning and gifting etc
Candidates must be / have:
- 5+ years experience in a similar senior role
- Reliable, trustworthy, discreet and well-presented
- Professional, loyal and diligent
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and maintain calmness under pressure
- A dedicated self-starter who is proactive and will go above and beyond to get things accomplished
- Meticulous organisational skills
- Articulate with fluent written and spoken English
- Confident with dogs
