  Our client is a consulting conglomerate with assets exceeding $1 billion, and clients both in the public and private sectors spread across all continents. Their group owns a private investment office with offices in Los Angeles, London, Paris and Dubai helping brands, companies and communities create and navigate global growth and innovation opportunities. They make investments into businesses and execute on innovative strategies to enhance the visibility and network of their portfolio companies and clients. They work with best-in-class investment firms, family offices, companies and research and non-profit advocacy organizations. Using their deep knowledge of the global investor landscape and strong existing relationships, they help organizations grow and differentiate themselves. The organization advises and oversees sophisticated conferences and events for clients in addition to strategy consulting and investing.

  
  Hours: Full time
  Location: Could be based from Dubai, London or Paris
  Salary: From $65k (£50k) upwards, dependent upon experience
  Start Date: ASAP
  Interviewing: ASAP
  
  Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • CRM Platform
    • In charge of managing the CRM Platform including updating Airtable on daily basis
    • Structuring and ordering old entries in the CRM and ensuring new entries in the CRM are correctly sorted
    • Guiding the team on how best to use Airtable
    • Supporting the team on a daily basis with scheduling and general organization

  • Support day to day client management which includes, but is not limited to:
    • Sorting and organizing background notes and history before client and internal meetings
    • Retrieving and organising meeting notes from team members after meetings
    • Engaging in ongoing research regarding LPs, clients and potential clients
    • Assisting the team with all events
    • Managing roadshow itineraries for clients
  • Compliance
    • Support the COO and General Counsel on all compliance matters

   

  Candidates must be / have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Prior experience working with CRM databases
  • Attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Good verbal and written skills
