SORTED has developed a reputation as a source of professional and discreet PAs and, due to client demand, now provide permanent staff as an alternative to our Trademark Service.

From our pool of experienced PA’s we select the candidates with the most suitable experience and skills to match the needs and personality of individual clients.

Should an employer require any particular skills (e.g. languages) we have a network of high quality sources from which we can draw.

SORTED provide Personal Assistants to individuals in music, film, TV, fashion and sports industries as well as private and royal households.

How we are different:

•   Unlike recruitment agencies, we are in the PA business ourselves and as such have personal experience of providing the high level of service that our clients expect.

•   As a provider of PAs to ‘personalities’, SORTED understands the qualities and skills required in a PA working for a high profile individual.

•   We have a pool of professional freelance PAs available for part time work and an ear to the ground knowing who is ready to move on in a full time capacity.

•   We don’t just interview our PAs; more often than not they will have worked for us in a freelance capacity prior to a full time engagement.

•   Over the years, the requests to our office have been diverse and we have developed a thick Black Book of trusted suppliers.

•   A PA provided by SORTED has access to this trusted supplier network and can draw upon our office resources for particular projects.

•   We also provide back-up during holidays, sickness and busy periods.

•   We check references thoroughly and apply for Criminal Records Bureau Check where required.
