Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, we are in the PA business ourselves and have personal experience of providing the high level of service that our clients expect.
Over the years, the requests to our office have been diverse and we have developed a thick Black Book of trusted suppliers.
A PA provided by SORTED has access to this trusted supplier network and can draw upon our office resources for particular projects.
We also act as a source of training and run monthly Lifestyle Management Workshops specifically aimed to help PAs.
We have a pool of professional freelance PAs available for part time and contract work.
We don’t just interview our PAs; we get to know them and those they have worked for previously.
We host social events to keep in touch with PAs who we have placed and those who are still looking for their perfect role.
If required, we can attend interviews with our clients. This service is particularly welcomed by those hiring a PA for the first time and incurs no extra charge.
We check references thoroughly, apply for Criminal Records Bureau checks as a matter of course and ask everyone to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
