We are very proud of the quality of our candidates and hand-pick
them for their experience and expertise. Knowledge of our agency
has spread by word of mouth through the PA community and has
attracted some of the most respected candidates in the
industry.
Private PA roles require candidates to be a right-hand and
second brain to the client and personality match is as important as
the skills required.
We concentrate on getting to know our PAs and focus on the
practical applications of their skills – how resourceful they
are, whether they remain calm under pressure and the quality of
their industry contacts.
Unless a client insists, we do not ask prospective candidates to
take a typing test as the positions we fill are not secretarial
– we test their integrity, discretion and resourcefulness. We
are more interested in how fast they can think on their feet than
how fast they can type.
