SORTED was founded in 2004 by brother and sister team Annabel Moorsom and Ben Arnold. |

We originally set up to provide an ad hoc PA Service giving the flexibility and efficiency demanded to manage busy lives. |
|
|
|
Our clients use our PA Service for activities ranging from those traditionally in the realm of a PA, to those of a hotel concierge or lifestyle management company to things they couldn’t ask their best friend to do. |

|
|
Through the PA Service we developed a reputation within the industry as a source of professional and discreet PAs and now also place staff through our Agency division. |
|
|
|
Requests continue to come through to us for projects and contract work and we cover these using trusted professional freelancers. |

Ben and Annabel are a brother and sister team providing a practical yet pampering solution to personal management.
Ben Arnold
Ben was self-employed working internationally as a fashion model through Models 1 for 12 years travelling between London, Paris, Milan and New York. When away on assignments, Ben maintained his busy lifestyle, managing his own properties, co-ordinating private business affairs and keeping his own home in order. Ben has used his own experiences to develop the service provided by SORTED
Annabel Moorsom
Annabel honed her organisational skills over 20 years in the music, travel and event management industries. Her care and attention to the needs of VIPs and resourcefulness for solving problems have been developed over the years and her contacts are invaluable to the service provided by SORTED.
Heather Darnell
Heather has over 15 years experience in Finance, Operations and Administration and has been the Financial Director of SORTED since 2006. Her responsibilities include the management of all the company business accounts and responses to clients’ financial enquiries.
Georgie Pownall
Georgie started working at SORTED as Assistant PA in 2008 and brings with her formal training from Queen’s College and work experience in the media and financial industries. She’s responsible for day to day client support and assisting with the recruitment arm of the business.
PA Team
SORTED manages a team of experienced freelance PA’s who take an immense amount of pride in their work. Our PA’s benefit from the back-up of the SORTED office, access to our contacts and errand staff and our general know-how. PA’s work as part of a team, ensuring that their work loads are never unmanageable and that the client receives the best service possible.
